For Caleb’s senior photos, we decided to get creative and do a vintage-style shoot! I love thinking outside the box with this guy. We chose our location, Union Station in L.A., and had to put together his outfit and props. We rummaged around the various antique and vintage shops in Downtown Orange, and found the perfect vintage luggage:
We had the hardest time finding the perfect hat at an affordable price, UNTIL we were pleasantly surprised by a brown men’s vintage-style fedora we found at Forever 21! Just in time for our photo shoot.
I had never been to Union Station, but instantly fell in love with the colors, designs, and aged character of the building. It matched his outfit perfectly.
Another perfect addition to this themed photo shoot was one of my grandfather’s old film cameras. Because of my love for 35mm film, all things vintage, and photography, he gave all his old cameras and equipment to me.
And I loved the shots we took indoors!
After utilizing all we could at the station, we decided to do some street shots. Downtown L.A. always takes me by surprise, and it’s fun discovering little nooks and crannies during photo shoots!
After running around for a few hours, we stopped at Blue Bottle for some coffee. Oh, and there was an awesome polka-dotted wall that we played around with. Caleb took some photos of me, too – the awkward photographer!
